Starbucks partners from across the country are hopping aboard the Starbus for “The Union Is Calling” bus tour. For over a year now, Starbucks has racked up hundreds of federal labor violations and has refused to negotiate with our union in good-faith. Enough is enough!

Starbucks calls their workers “partners;” we’re unionizing together for a voice to truly become partners and make this company the best it can be.
As a partner-led union, we’re organizing for better pay, consistent hours, accessible healthcare, and more. With a union, we’re able to negotiate and vote on a contract with Starbucks that works for everyone. Check out everything we’re fighting for here.
Our union drive has taken corporate America by storm, with more new unions formed in 12 months than any US company in the last 20 years! There are now over 335 Starbucks stores in 38 states and the District of Columbia that have successfully unionized. And with new stores filing to unionize nearly every week, we’re not going anywhere!
